At the moment, I'm having this same problem on the MOV show I uploaded. Should I just wait?

What's a MOV show? From what I can tell there are no shows that have had metadata entered that haven't gone through. Did you actually enter the metadata? How about you give me a URL so I can help?

Jonathan thanks a lot for helping. MOV is the great band: Mountain of Venus. Here is a link to my uploaded show:
http://www.archive.org/audio/etree-details-db.php?id=10679

I'm not positive what Metadata is but I assume it is the setlist, taper, source, all that. I've uploaded before twice successfully, and followed the same process this time. Only field I did not enter anything was the md5, because these are FLAC files with built-in checksums. If I should enter the fingerprint in that field let me know.

The error message is:

This show is not yet available. The current progress notes are:

No metadata describing files found. Waiting for user to enter metadata.

THANKS AGAIN.

Nope, if you edit the details page for your show (link next to the band name), you will see a link in the top right corner that says "File Options" - filling that out is entering metadata.

Once you submit it, it will take the show to the next step - verifying the file integrity.

Guys, thanks for the tips. Oddly, I don't recall that metadata step from my previous uploads. I didn't even need to change a thing, just accepted or rather hit "update" for the metadata that was autofilled. Hope I've got it right now. Was wondering what these "XML" files are, showing up in the filesets - still not sure what these are for.
